Romantic Ribbon Frame

 Materials:
Fabric: background, 14" square
Thread: coordinating

For Dahlia
Assorted ribbons: 1.25"-wide woven, ivory, 1.5 yds.; 1"-wide ombre, pale yellow/It. green, 1 yd.
Bead: silver, large
For Half Zinnia
Silk ribbon: 4mm — pale peach, 1 1/8 yds., for stamens.
Assorted ribbon: 1"-wide ombre, pale mauve/peach, 1 1/8 yds.
For Daisy
Assorted ribbon: 1/4"-wide velvet, peach; 1/8"-wide velvet, tan, 1.25 yds. each
Buttons: small mother-of-pearl (3), for center
Cameo: small
For Fuchsia
Assorted ribbon: 2"-wide cross-dyed, coral, 3/8 yd.
Embroidery floss: green, for stems
Stamens: small (12)For Pansy
Assorted ribbon: 1/2"-wide grosgrain, dusty purple, 1/2  yd.
Rhinestones: small (3), for center
For Leaves
Assorted ribbons: 5/8''-wide satin, pale olive green,5/8 yd.; 1"-wide ombre lt, green/brown, 1/4 yd.
For Bow
Silk ribbons: 4mm — blush, dusty purple, lt. orchid, 3/4yd. each
Frame: of choice, 8" x 10"

Tools
Iron and ironing board
Needles: hand-sewing; milliner's
Glue: hot glue gun and glue sticks; industrial-strength
Ruler
Scissors: fabric


Finishing
 *Using hot glue gun and glue stick, arrange and hot-glue flower work onto background fabric.
 *Using industrial-strength glue, attach bead, buttons, cameo, and rhinestones. Stitch or glue four stamens into center of each fuchsia.
 *Glue large silver bead to center of dahlia. Glue three small mother-of-pearl buttons to center of peach velvet daisy. Glue small cameo to center of tan velvet daisy. Glue three small rhinestones to center of pansies
 *Place in frame of choice and secure.
