Fuchsia Hot-water Bottle Cover

 This wool and ribbon embroidered hot-water bottle cover is a wonderful way to warm up chilly nights. 
Using a combination of ribbon, wool and rayon threads, the fuchsias are created with a variety of stitches.
FINISHED SIZE
• 33cm x 26.5cm 


MATERIALS 
• 30cm (12in) doctor's flannel 
• 30cm (12in) cotton print lining fabric
•Gumnut Yarns Gemstones wool: one skein each of pinks (Ruby 1) and (Ruby 3)
•Gumnut Yarns Blossoms wool: one skein each of pinks (051) and (054); mauve (273); greens (576) and (597) 
•DMC Medicis wool: one skein each of hot pinks (8685) and (8155); purples (8895) and (8794)
• DM( Rayon Floss: one skein each of pinks (30603) and (30915) 
• No 3 crewel needle or No 22 chenille needle
•YLI silk ribbon: 2m x 7mm dark green (61), 3m x 7mm light green (18)
• Embroidery hoop or frame (optional) 
•Two buttons 
•Water-erasable pen

STITCHES USED
 Lazy Daisy (Detached Chain) Stitch, Straight Stitch, French Knot, Ribbon Stitch, Side Ribbon Stitch
