The original Coats & Clarck booklet encouraged the homemaker of the mid-1900s to choose her favourite flower pot holder-sunslower, pansy, or dahlia- to brighten her kitchen. We think these are a bit too holey to use for taking something out of the oven. So we suggest using them  on the wall or refrigerator to add  a colorful kitchen accent.
